Certificate Expiry Policy

Digital IDs issued by Symantec on behalf of MIB Inc. for access to MIB Product and Services will expire 1 year after the date of acquisition.

MIB, by use of e-mail will inform clients with Digital IDs of the pending expiration of their Digital IDs beginning 30 days prior to the expiration date. A second email will be sent 7 days before the expiration date.

During the 30 day period prior to expiration all clients need to access to obtain their certificate credentials.

Where the 30 day period has elapsed, and the client has yet to renew their Digital ID, they should contact the MIB HelpDesk/Customer Service.

Note: Any certificate more than 14 days past expiration cannot be reset.
